   1. We desire to meet spiritual needs of our team members.
      1. Encourage a servant's spirit and a heart for the lost.
      2. Each member is part of a TEAM working sacrificially
         for the kingdom of Christ, and for one another.
   2. We encourage & build up missionaries, national ministers, and local Christians.
      1. We seek to share their vision of Christ's work
         in their mission.
      2. We build needed facilities with quality workmanship.
         
         
4. ADULTS & YOUTH TOGETHER
   
   1. We mix “the wisdom of age and the energy of youth.”
      1. Ages range from 16 up for international trip. Team
         members have been as old as age 84.
      2. Up to 2 mature 14 & 15-yr-olds may go on certain trips.
